How do I change my contact details?

Log into your Account control panel at:
Web Address:
Client Email Address: (The email address associated with your account.)
Client Password: (Use the forgot your password link if you don’t know)
If you do not know either your email address or password, see the relevant help pages for resetting your password.

Once logged in click “Account Details”.
Click the “Change Details” button.
Select which sections you wish to update (Account Billing, Sales contact, Technical contact)
Enter the new details and click “Request Update”

For each section that you request to be updated, an email will be sent out to the email address for that section. If no email address exists for that section (i.e. technical) then it will be sent to the accounts email address. On the email will be a verification code, which you will need to enter before the changes take affect.

If you are changing an email address, the verification code will be sent to the new email address, but a separate email will be sent to the original for security reasons.
The verification code can be entered by clicking on Options on the right menu → Verification Codes.
