iPad or iPhone E-Mail configuration

If you contact us with your email address and the mobile number of your phone, we can send you a configuration profile to set-up the iPhone or iPad automatically.

Alternatively, if you would like to set-up the mail account manually, follow these instructions:-

On the iPhone or iPad

Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts
Select Add Account, and select “Other”
Select Add Mail Account  and complete the following

Name: <your name>
Email: <your email address >
Password: <password provided for this mail account >
Description: <your email address >

Click Next

Ensure IMAP is selected and complete the following

Incoming Mail Server

Host Name: < swiftXX.swiftinter.net > (Replace XX with the number of your server)
Username: <your email address>
Password: <password provided for this mail account>

Outgoing Mail Server

Host Name: < swiftXX.swiftinter.net > (Replace XX with the number of your server)
Username: <your email address>
Password: <password provided for this mail account. It is NOT optional>

Tap Next

Tap Save

The account should now be added.

Note for troubleshooting:

To view or edit the settings of your mail account, on the iPhone or iPad, Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts

Tap into your mail account, and tap into it again to show settings.

As well as the settings shown above in this article,  the iPhone should have set-up the mail account with the following in ADVANCED settings (option at bottom of page) and SMTP settings:

Incoming Settings.

Use SSL: ON

Authentication: Password

Server Port: 993

Go Back then tap into the SMTP server and tap into the Primary server

Host Name: < swiftXX.swiftinter.net > (Replace XX with the number of your server)
Username: <your email address>
Password: <password provided for this mail account. It is NOT optional>

Use SSL: ON

Authentication: Password

Server Port: 587

Tap Done
